The campaign supports programs that make tennis accessible to youth across Ukraine, strengthening physical health, supporting education, and creating long-term opportunity through sport.
Help a 21 year old Ukrainian Defender in his recovery
Studying law at university, Nazar is a reserved and apt young man with a bright future ahead of him. However, like countless other young men and women in Ukraine, his life was abruptly interrupted and changed forever.
His first time stepping foot out of Ukraine, Nazar travelled from Ukraine to Moldova to Turkey to the UAE, finally to the other side of the world - Australia - to undergo limb reconstruction surgery and rehabilitation.
Rise Again: Help a Warrior to Walk Once More
Viktor is young, strong and, apart from his injuries, otherwise healthy. His spirit remains unbroken with a goal to return to his unit on the front lines in Ukraine. However he still has a long road ahead and needs further help covering the cost of the prosthetic legs and recovery.
Atlas Global Aid is partnering with charities in the USA and Australia to raise a total of $100,000 to cover the costs of Viktor’s prosthetic legs and recovery.
